Goalkeeper Warmup
I see plenty of grassroots GKs being warmed up before a game,i read a post earlier about washing kit after warm up.
Most GKs don’t have a change of kit or access to changing facilities.
Keep the warm up simple,handling ,passing,a few thrown high balls,if the conditions are wet/ muddy I’d avoid diving ,once wet/ muddy you’ll soon get cold.
How many of you get put in goal for a shooting drill ,at the end of the warm up or end of training?
Do you need a goal for your match warm up?
How much space do you need?
