Sorry I know I've touched on the subject before. This is aimed at those who either do or have taped up fingers and wrists before. Daniel has developed some muscular pain in his wrist since he played his matches in goal on Thursday. I know personally that once he gets more regular match time this will fade as his wrists get stronger. In the mean time he wants his wrists strapping for extra support (think it's a psychological confidence type issue). I dont want him to get reliant on it as i think gaining strength in his hands is the best way to go and i am currently waiting on some shock shield gloves for him. Last night for training we used sock tape to wrap his wrists but dont know if that's the correct thing. What is the best thing to use though?
