When I start getting LOTS of the same questions, I know it’s time to make a post about it. 😂👇
I follow the 30/30/3 method every single day:
🥩 30g protein per meal
🌿 30g fiber per day
💧 3 large 32 oz waters per day
A few things I’ve learned along the way:
✨ I do best eating 5 smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big ones.
✨ I stop eating when I feel full. I don’t force myself to finish meals.
✨ I don’t count calories or carbs. I simply focus on protein, fiber, water…then I live my life. 🙌
✨ I also don’t drink a lot WITH meals. I sip water throughout the day instead.
And YES…real life still happens. 😂 This day did NOT include the spoonful of cookie dough or the popcorn & M&M’s I had at the movies. 🍿🍫
Here’s what I ate yesterday:
🥣 Meal 1:Protein oats (15g protein) + Fuel Mate protein shot (15g protein)= 30g protein
🍌 Meal 2:Banana Pecan Cottage Cheese Bowl= 28g protein
🍓 Meal 3:Strawberries & Cream Built Bar= 15g protein
🥗 Meal 4:Sub in a Tub — lettuce, turkey, cheese, tomato & pickles with vinegar & oil= 25g protein
🍗 Meal 5:Boneless chicken wings + carrots & celery + 1/2 Dr. Pepper Zero(I only ate 3 wings because I wasn’t very hungry.)
Daily totals (roughly):
💪 About 100g protein
🔥 Around 1200 calories
🌿 Around 15g fiber(I added a fiber supplement at night to help reach my 30g goal.)
