Look what I came home to!
I was so excited when I came home from the long weekend, and found this beauty! I can't wait to load all my peptides in it tomorrow! It fits perfectly on the very top of my bathroom shelf. Thank you @Jeff Shephard & @Diane Shephard !!!

Birthday Surprise
I’m not one that likes my photo being taken. But here I am, in total shock and surprise at a Mexican restaurant with my kiddo and his fiancé. My birthday was last month and he wanted to surprise me and he did! I’m down 52 lbs and counting!

Should I Drink Soda When Taking a GLP-1?
The answer is… up to you! 🥤 Nothing is automatically off-limits in the Food Freedom way of eating. Instead of asking, “Am I allowed to have this?” I ask myself: “Does the amount I’m choosing fit the healthy, balanced life I want to live?” Could you drink three Big Gulps every day while taking a GLP-1? Sure. But would that choice support your health, hydration and goals? Probably not. 😂 What about diet soda? It doesn’t contain the sugar or calories of regular soda, but that doesn’t automatically make it “good” or “bad.” Some people enjoy it without a problem. For others, the carbonation, caffeine or sweeteners may increase bloating, reflux, nausea or bathroom issues—especially while taking a GLP-1. My personal choice? I drink about ½ cup of Dr Pepper Zero every day. It’s my little fun drink! I enjoy it, it satisfies me, and I don’t need a giant cup or six refills. And, I make sure I'm getting my 3 cups of water each day. My small drink doesn't replace that. That’s Food Freedom: enjoying the foods and drinks you love without turning them into forbidden fruit—or letting them crowd out what your body needs. So enjoy your soda if you want it. Just pay attention to: 🥤 How much you’re drinking 💧 Whether you’re still getting enough water 🤢 How your stomach feels afterward 🧠 Whether you’re choosing it because you truly enjoy it or simply out of habit You don’t need perfect choices. You need choices that make sense for your body, your health and the life you want to live.

I’m not a soda fan. I do not like sparkling water or anything that bubbles. That truly helps. I’m not a huge fan of flavored water additives but did find a Artic cherry sugar free that I double the water and it’s a nice change. Plus it’s a Hydrate formula
🎉 WE HAVE TWO AUGUST CHALLENGE WINNERS! 🎉
You showed up, participated, encouraged one another and turned the August challenge into something far bigger than I imagined. Now it’s time for the moment we’ve all been waiting for! The drawing for mini-refrigerators to store your peptides in! (Drum roll please.....🥁) --------------------------------------- I drew two winners: 🏆 Winner #1 was chosen from everyone who reached Level 2 or higher. 🏆 Winner #2 was chosen from everyone who reached Level 3 or higher. Am I putting their names in this post? Absolutely not! 😂 You’ll have to watch both videos to see who won! 🎥 Watch Video #1 for our first winner. 🎥 Watch Video #2 for our second winner. Once you’ve watched, help me fill the comments with congratulations!!!! 🤫🎉 And, if you are the winner......post the funniest, goofiest, most exciting GIF you can find! 🤣 Congratulations to our two winners—and THANK YOU to every single person who helped make this challenge so much fun! 💛

Congratulations to both Winners!!! How exciting!! 🥳
💛 THANK YOU! 💛
Today is the very last day of August—and the final day of our challenge. You all completely blew me away! I want to take you behind the curtain for a minute… My #1 goal this month wasn’t simply to increase participation & give away free refrigerators—it was to create a true community. A place where people come because they want to learn, share recipes, talk honestly about their challenges and feel safe asking questions—not because they have to endure reading another boring post. 😂 We started August with: ➡️ 32 members at Level 2 ➡️ No one above Level 2 ➡️ Very little interaction I created the FULL RECIPE COLLECTION in the Classroom as the Level 3 reward because I honestly thought reaching Level 3 would be a stretch. BOY, WAS I WRONG! We now have: 🎉 More than 105 members at Level 2 or higher. 🎉 25 members at Level 3 🎉 9 members at Level 4 🎉 10 members at Level 5 I wasn’t prepared for so many of you to go beyond Level 3—there isn’t even anything new to unlock at Levels 4 and 5 yet in the Classroom! You did that completely on your own. ------------------------------------------------------------- I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible people who joined this group and helped set its tone. I couldn’t be happier to lock arms with all of you as we ride the wave of this crazy peptide journey together. THANK YOU! 💛 -------------------------------------------------------------- Now I need your input and collaboration! Instead of me deciding what you should unlock at each level, I want YOU to tell me! Level 3 already unlocks the FULL RECIPE COLLECTION in the Classroom. Here are a few ideas I have for the higher levels: 1️⃣ Why You Turn to Food—and What to Do About It A 30 min video training and workbook explaining how your nervous system influences your desire to turn to food—and why it isn’t because you’re weak or lack willpower. Your nervous system is simply trying to keep you safe.
💛 THANK YOU! 💛

They all offer value to all on this journey. I would also like to see something about exercises for menopause and older women. Effective strength functional movement exercises.
