🚨 BIG UPDATE! 🚨 I have been working night and day and am finally done. I finished training the Health Coach on peptides. 😳👏 (It's a Chat GPT app that I personally put together and IT. HAS. IT. ALL!) The new name? Your Health and Peptide Coach! And honestly? It’s becoming one of the BEST ways to learn. Here’s why… I am NOT a doctor and I cannot: ❌ Give medical advice ❌ Tell you exactly what dose to take ❌ Officially prescribe stacks or protocols BUT… You can do your own Research AND the Chat GPT Health & Peptide Coach is considered Research. It can help you: ✅ Understand peptide basics ✅ Learn common research doses people discuss ✅ Understand reconstitution math ✅ Learn what peptides are commonly stacked together ✅ Compare peptides & what they’re known for ✅ Understand terms that normally sound SUPER confusing 😂 ✅ Ask questions privately anytime you want And the coolest part? You can ask it to send you the link to the Group Order form! (Because we all know sometimes it can be a hassle to find it!). I’ve spent MONTHS training this coach on: 🧠 Food Freedom ➡️ GLP-1s & peptides 🥗 Meal ideas 💛 Emotional eating 🔥 Fat loss ⚡ Energy 🩹 Recovery ✨ Skin & hair peptides…and SO much more. If you haven’t downloaded your FREE Health & Peptide Coach yet… Seriously. Go get it. Here's the LINK. It’s like having me in your pocket 24/7 — without waiting for me to answer messages. 😂

🧬 Before You Ask Me What Peptide to Use for ______… Read This First
Looking for information on specific peptides, stacks, research, or protocols and want an easier way to learn without spending hundreds of hours researching online? 👉 Get a good book. The one I recommend below has been my FAVORITE resource by far. I’ve read many books, watched videos, researched online, listened to podcast, been on peptide groups and yet...THIS BOOK is the resource I come back to over and over again because it has EVERYTHING and explains things in a simple, easy-to-understand way. You can: ✔ Look up specific peptides ✔ Search by topics or goals ✔ Learn about stacks ✔ Read the science and research ✔ Understand things without feeling overwhelmed A lot of people ask me what they should use for specific situations, and I truly can’t answer that. I’m not a doctor, and I don’t give medical advice or individualized recommendations. But if you want one resource that helps you learn and understand this space better, THIS is the book I recommend most. I honestly wish I had found it sooner. 😊 Here's the LINK

Looking for the Peptide Price List?!
Yeahhhhh…Facebook decided it suddenly doesn’t like that phrase. 😂. (If you missed it I made a post on Facebook offering to send anyone who wanted it the price list. And...facebook put a stop to it. ) So I'm posting it here. 🤪 Go ahead and download it and ENJOY! 🙌 It includes: ✨ New stacks with discounts ✨ Beginner-friendly explanations ✨ Supplies & starter packs ✨ All organized in one simple place And YES…another group buy is coming soon. 👏 We’re just waiting for the last order to arrive so we can get everything packaged and shipped out first. Someday we’ll be Amazon Prime… But today? We’re more like:“Your friend’s small business with bubble wrap, snacks, and good intentions.” 😂💛

The 4 Ways Your Body Asks for Comfort (And Why Food Became One of Them)
Every human nervous system is designed to seek comfort and safety. When life feels stressful, overwhelming, or exhausting, the body naturally looks for ways to calm itself. The problem is… most of us were never taught healthy ways to regulate stress. So our brain learns whatever tools are available. Food often becomes one of them. Here are four common ways the body tries to find comfort. 1️⃣ Movement Your body is naturally designed to release stress through movement. Walking, stretching, exercise, even shaking out tension can help the nervous system reset. But when life gets busy, movement is often the first thing people stop doing. Without that outlet, stress starts building up. 2️⃣ Connection Human beings are wired for connection. Talking with someone you trust, laughing with friends, or feeling supported helps the nervous system feel safe. But when people feel lonely, overwhelmed, or disconnected, the brain starts looking for other ways to soothe itself. 3️⃣ Rest Sleep and true rest allow the nervous system to recover. But many people live in a constant cycle of rushing, working, and pushing through exhaustion. When the body doesn’t get enough rest, it often starts craving quick energy and comfort. Food can temporarily fill that gap. 4️⃣ Soothing The nervous system also looks for activities that help it slow down and feel calm. Things like deep breathing, relaxing activities, quiet moments, or time in nature can help regulate stress. But when those tools aren’t available, the brain often reaches for the easiest soothing option it knows. For many people, that option becomes food. Why understanding this matters Food itself was never the real problem. For many people, it simply became the fastest way their brain knew how to find comfort. When people learn new ways to support their nervous system, something interesting happens. Food stops carrying so much emotional weight. And the relationship with food begins to feel calmer and more balanced. 💡 Your body was never trying to sabotage you.It was trying to soothe itself.
