Flow into the New Year yoga is happening in 32 hours
Christmas - what have you noticed?
On Tirz, I don’t have NEARLY the sweet tooth I once had, which is great but also, kind of takes the fun away from Christmas when I am so much more aware that my kids & I don’t need all the sugar to celebrate. In many ways, the moderation I’ve learned from my glp-1 journey has seeped into other areas where moderation is needed. I didn’t go overboard on gifts this year - shopping was crazy bc every item I picked up was like 40-60% higher than I remember it being last year and I just couldn’t justify spending on a bunch of junk they may never even use (we have gifts from last year that were not touched 🫣) I also don’t drink, but I can see how glp-1 make that less appealing as well. Any other things you’ve noticed this year? I hope that you and yours have a nice break and I hope you get some time to yourself! I just booked a massage for myself to relax when the kiddos go to dads for celebrations! Also don’t forget yoga tonight at 6pm at the Strength Warehouse 💪🏻

Tirzepatide Benefits & Information
This GLP-1 is known to be less harsh with side effects, and offers higher percentage loss in trials. I am a firm believer that slow & steady win the race, so either GLP-1 med is going to get you where you are going, but this one is my pick!

Tirzepatide Benefits & Information
Thanksgiving & GLP-1
My sister and I both are long term users of glp-1 meds, and this year we were able to get together for Thanksgiving. One of the things I love most about these peptides is their ability to de-center eating and food from even a day like Thanksgiving where food is the star. Do not get me wrong, we had a glorious feast and my sisters hubs cooked the majority of it! So an excellent day, without binging. Such a relief to have a sense of control. Today was a lazy day and we normally would have late night doordashed some Indian food bc why not we’re on vacay! But tonight, I had some spicy dill pickle goldfish and a little Hershey with almonds and called it a night. Tomorrow morning I’m getting another authentic New York bagel and I won’t think twice. This is the beauty of glp medications. You are so much more in control that you can splurge and enjoy, and get back on track. But portions are much less exaggerated, bc you can push away a delicious item when you feel full. It’s like removing the scarcity mindset of a person who was raised very poor.. not easy! But once you truly decenter food from your day, the scarcity mindset goes with it, and it bleeds into other parts of your life. For me, I have been able to make some changes in my business with confidence because survival mode and scarcity mindset aren’t at play. It’s weird how a win in one part of life mutates into a win in others.. Anyway, I hope you ate good, drank good and were merry… we will do it again at Christmas.. but with more cookies 🫶🏻🍪 Allie
