Introduction
Myself Dr Dua e Hoor, currently working as registered pharmacist in retail setup. My working hours are from 10am to 7pm. I am 24 years old with heigh 5,2 and my current weight is 64kg. I am not consistent with my fitness goal previously but this time i am much motivated to start my journey to loose 10kgs just. I am feeling difficultly due to stuck weight.
