Protein ✅ I think I did pretty well today in adding protein to my meals.
Stretch ✅ Did 10 mins after waking up.
Walk ✅ Tried to walk around 10 to 15 mins after both meals.
Steps ❌️ Couldn't do 2,500 thanks to my kids who don't want me to move.
Gratitude ✅ I'm grateful for being a mom, grateful for controlling my cravings and giving up soft drinks, and grateful for having healthy meals.
