I gotta remember that one meal for the holiday isn’t going to ruin everything, consistency, not perfection 🫠
Monday check in
✅ Did I track my calories today? Yes. ✅ Did I get my 10k steps? About to go for a walk now to get em all ✅ How is my mindset? Good. Weights are moving good and got a few compliments so that always boosts morale . ✅ One win: Had a successful leg day with no back or ankle pain. ✅ One struggle: Food noise was crazy today after my lift. Was craving everything but settled for something small and tracked it in my macros.

✅ Did I track my calories today? Yes. ✅ Did I get my 10k steps? No- between work and the rain I came up short. ✅ How is my mindset? Up and down. Not fun seeing the scale go up but expected it to and it’s been within the refeed range. ✅ One win: made it to the gym and got a good chest and back day ✅ One struggle: was hard to focus in the gym and over thinking my meal plan.
