✅ Did I track my calories today? Yes.
✅ Did I get my 10k steps? No- between work and the rain I came up short.
✅ How is my mindset? Up and down. Not fun seeing the scale go up but expected it to and it’s been within the refeed range.
✅ One win: made it to the gym and got a good chest and back day
✅ One struggle: was hard to focus in the gym and over thinking my meal plan.
