I'm glad I'mdoing these a day before a leg day, even though I'm still sore from Tuesday!

This is where we show up — even when we don’t feel like it. ✅ Did I track my calories today? ✅ Did I get my 10k steps? ✅ How is my mindset? ✅ One win: ✅ One struggle: It doesn’t matter if you crushed it or struggled —just show up. Consistency over a long enough period of time is what nets results, not being perfect for one day. Let's keep grinding guys we are all going to crush our goals 💯

Gonna eat a head of romaine lettuce like a wood chipper! Possibly a cucumber as well, been really addicted to these lately! One thing I learned is the zesty italian dressing that I get from Aldi has crazy sodium, so I'll have to find something else!
