Done with 2.5L water One jug from morning to 3 pm Second jug upto 8 pm โค๏ธGoal completed (yes) โค๏ธ Biggest win today...I was having back pain but still I managed to do workout rather than quitting โค๏ธ Challenge faced...I crave a lot for something sweet but I managed to eat fruits rather than cakes n candies โค๏ธ Tomorrow focus...will increase my steps and workout time from tomorrow insha Allah (I will post about meals and workout after having my dinner )
