❤️ Biggest win today...I was having back pain but still I managed to do workout rather than quitting
❤️ Challenge faced...I crave a lot for something sweet but I managed to eat fruits rather than cakes n candies
❤️ Tomorrow focus...will increase my steps and workout time from tomorrow insha Allah
