Eid day 2
Eid Mubarak once again! I hope you all are doing well.
Yesterday was very hectic because of Eid, so I couldn't go for my walk. However, I ate with a lot of discipline! During the day, we had homemade roti, so I had one roti with chicken roast—actually, I ate extra chicken just to hit my protein goals. I skipped the biryani because I wasn't really craving it, only had about 5 spoons of kheer, and completely avoided cold drinks.
At night, we had a dawat , so I again had one roti with qeema and kababs. I only took a tiny bit of biryani just to taste it! 🤣 I also avoided desserts and cold drinks there.
Today, I had a very small roti with dum ka qeema, and I managed to make time for a walk and hit 6k steps. Tonight is another dawat... hopefully, I will survive this one sustainably too! 🤷🙆😬and yes kal BHT compliment mile k m looking smart again khany ki pics lyna bhol gye as usual apni post kr rhi🤷😬
