Walked for 10 mins while holding baby✅
Water before lunch ❌️ i only drank 500ml before lunch.

Steps ❌️❌️
How is everyone increasing their steps? Like an extra 5 min walk here and there? I don't have a step counter.
On day 1 i just walked for 5 minutes after my 3 meals and 10 min walk after fajr. And then I just continued doing that until now.
Grateful for: ✅ my baby, warmth, that I'm no longer constipated alhamdulillah.
