Assalamu alaikum, I too have not been actively posting even though I really want to reach level 5 and unlock the home workouts. Being in the live boot camp is tough because of my current transitioning of routine. But there's always 2 things on my mind - my 2L water goal and exercising. Right now I'm only able to drink 1.5L consistently

Day 4
Checklist: Walked for 10 mins while holding baby✅ Water before lunch ❌️ i only drank 500ml before lunch. Greens ✅ bhindi Steps ❌️❌️ How is everyone increasing their steps? Like an extra 5 min walk here and there? I don't have a step counter. On day 1 i just walked for 5 minutes after my 3 meals and 10 min walk after fajr. And then I just continued doing that until now. Grateful for: ✅ my baby, warmth, that I'm no longer constipated alhamdulillah.

@Simra Irfan I don't feel like step counters work properly on my phone.
Day 3
No junk today: ✅ Biggest craving: When I was hungry after lunch I thought I would just eat some wafers How I handled it: I thought no junk today, what can I have instead and ate panjeeri and drank water alhamdulillah. Mobility: ✅ What I did: light stretching Mindful eating: ✅ One thing I noticed: I chew fast and don't pause in between. When I slowed down I felt like I was able to feel more satisfied Steps today were good. Gratitude: family, health and food
Day 2
✅ Checklist: Protein ✅ greek yoghurt and 1 egg at breakfast Chicken and Greek yoghurt at lunch Chicken at dinner Stretch ❌️ I forgot about this one Walk ✅ 5 min walk after dinner Steps ✅ probably 2000 as I went up and down the stairs alot while cooking. Gratitude ✅ 1. Any amount of sleep 2. My family 3. That I'm no longer constipated 😅 One win today was that I walked alot even though I was tired.
Day 1
Steps: ✅ 1500 steps Water before meals: ✅ 5 glasses Fiber before lunch: ✅ banana and apple Gratitude posted: ✅ I am grateful for this exciting healthy journey, that I am able to move my body, that today it was easy to follow the day 1 plan.
