And raat me bs mango milkshake

Sleep bhi 7 to 8 hour
Day 32

Snack me milk shake piya mangoo
Lunch skip
4 bje kahna khya ye mera lunch dinner tha
Aloo mithi wali roti
Dinner skip kuch nhi liyaa
Water intake 2.5 liter
Sleep 7 to 8 hour
Day 33
Breakfast bhook nhi thi jo just apricot and banana 10 bje
Phir 12 bje lunch kiya massar chawal
Uskai bad thori se kunafa bar chocolate
Uskai bad mene kuch nhi kahya muje bhook nhi lge bs pani piya
Sleep 6 to 7 hour
Water 2.5liter
