Steps ✅my target is 3000 because I completely stopped walking and now restarting but today I did about 5000 and that’s a big thing for me
Breakfast :egg and chicken kabab wrap chai and one dark chocolate rusk/ biscotti
mid morning snack :apple 1/2 pear and mango
Lunch : salad and chicken strip and few shrimp mini bites
Chai in evening and had 2 cookies
