Biggest craving: When I was hungry after lunch I thought I would just eat some wafers
How I handled it: I thought no junk today, what can I have instead and ate panjeeri and drank water alhamdulillah.
Mobility: ✅
What I did: light stretching
Mindful eating: ✅
One thing I noticed: I chew fast and don't pause in between. When I slowed down I felt like I was able to feel more satisfied
Steps today were good.
