Buyer looking
Hi Everyone, I'm a buyer looking for some properties in Decatur IL. They need to be livable and budget is typically around $28k-$35k. I do have boots on the ground who will view the property first. I also have a number of buyers I have direct connection with I can help offload once I've hit my target for purchasing this year. I'm looking to buy around 7-9 houses in the next few months. Anyone interested in helping me?
