Last month we closed $140,000 in assignment fee's. You are more than capable.
I just hopped off the phone with a skool member Eddie, and it really sparked some insights and motivation. We were talking about being present, and it’s funny how the more you grow, the more you realize you don’t really know anything. When I was doing $50,000 a month, I felt like I was on top of the world and knew everything which now feels so cringe. Last month, we closed $140,000 in revenue. Right now, we have three amazing closers, a phenomenal team, and we’re constantly upgrading our systems just trying to push the needle forward and be better. $140,000 was our biggest month yet groundbreaking for us as a company, as PG Home Buyers. Not just me, but everyone involved in the company who keeps pushing the needle forward. I’m super hyped and excited for what the future will bring. What’s crazy about record-breaking months is that once you hit one, your mind shifts. That number becomes your new baseline. You start building systems and habits to reach it again and again. I’ve noticed a lot more output lately more leads, more offers, more focus. One thing I always tell people who are getting started or stuck around $40K–$50K a month: it’s going to take sheer volume. It takes a lot to get the rocket off the ground. Life is good. We’re still doing what works, and our goal is to keep hitting consistent six-figure months. We’re well on our way. Sorry if I’ve been super busy lately. I’m really focused on building our business not just this community but as a space that helps me stay aligned and accountable. That’s what I love about it. I get to meet a lot of great people and hear new ways of thinking. There are a lot of free and awesome resources here and amazing people in the free group. But for those who want to take it to another level and get connected with me and others who are doing 3–5 deals a month, I have a paid community. I always tell people it’s costing you $200 a month not to be plugged in with the right people, people who are doing deals and well on their way to building consistent momentum. It’s not that the $200 makes you rich, but it helps you stay focused, surround yourself with winners, and collapse time to where you want to go.
