Hi Everyone, I'm a buyer looking for some properties in Decatur IL. They need to be livable and budget is typically around $28k-$35k. I do have boots on the ground who will view the property first. I also have a number of buyers I have direct connection with I can help offload once I've hit my target for purchasing this year. I'm looking to buy around 7-9 houses in the next few months. Hi everyone, my name is Rolf I’m new to wholesaling (only been consistent for 2-3 months) and still waiting on my first deal. Before I found this skool I was using XLeads software to skip trace and their Go High Level to sms blast. I’m finding out a lot of the numbers that I skiptraced are inaccurate when I cross-reference them to true people search and the number on their ends up being on the DNC list. My question is what do you guys use for accurate skip tracing and does it scrub for the DNC list automatically? I don’t want to waste more time and money blasting out texts to inaccurate numbers especially bc it keeps increasing my error rate. Any advice would be extremely grateful!
