Your first deal is more than just a deal
For those working towards their first wholesale deal, what’s driving you to get it done? Is it financial freedom, gaining experience, proving to yourself you can do it, or building something long-term? I’d love to hear what’s motivating you and what stage you’re at right now.

@Danyel Dowdell A novation agreement can be useful when restructuring a deal, but one thing to get right is making sure the seller, original buyer, and new buyer all agree to the changes in writing. I’d also check that the contract clearly explains who is responsible for the obligations under the new arrangement. Are you looking for a template for a specific deal or one you can use as a starting point for future deals?

I like that mindset. Getting started is one thing, but staying consistent and learning how to spot the right opportunities is what really matters.
