Hey everyone!

I’ve been in the community for a little while and wanted to finally introduce myself.

I’m Craig, a real estate investor with 12 doors (looking to grow to 60 in the next 4 years) and a Private Money Lender specializing in Fix & Flips, Ground-Up Construction, Bridge, and DSCR loans.

My intent in joining this group is simple; to build genuine, long-term relationships and find ways we can help each other win.

Here’s where I can bring some value to the table:

I have access to a network of ~1,300 buyers actively looking for livable homes in Decatur (IL), Flint (MI), and St. Louis (MO) — typically in the $25K–$40K range (including assignment).
I’ve also got boots on the ground in those markets who can take photos and verify properties to ensure they’re a fit for our investor community.
On the lending side, if you’ve got an experienced buyer or investor looking for funding, I’m happy to connect — and I’ll gladly pay a referral if we end up funding their deal.
We also purchase and broker performing private mortgage notes, with referral opportunities for successful transactions.

At the end of the day, I’m not looking to be a transactional lender, I’m here to build partnerships and add value wherever I can.
