Yesterday was a good day. 🙏

We had three deals close — two Double Closes and one Echo — totaling $14,750 in fees.

Two of them had been delayed ⌛ multiple times over the last few weeks, so finally getting them done felt great. The other one was a quick “answer the call 📞 and fund immediately” type of deal with a borrower and title company we already know and trust.

One double close took an extra day, but the other two deals went out and back in the same day — which always feels like a bonus win.

If I’m honest… I mostly love seeing the capital come back home after each deal. 😁 This is one of my favorite things about transactional funding over "gap" funding. Heck, that it ever returns is a win. lol
