Stack method submission question
For a stack method deal where the buyer still needs to line up the DSCR/HML piece, do they:
A) Sumit 1 deal as a Stack method and we work with our partners on the DSCR/HML piece.
B) Submit 2 deals: 1 on the DSCR/HML section and 1 on the Stack method bucket.
Appreciate any clarification here!
