🎯 New Year Deal-Finding Challenge
As we head into the new year, I want to help members of Transactional Funding Hub start January by doing real deals, and getting 2026 goals flowing fast.
I’m considering running a free 5-day New Year challenge (likely in the first week or two of January) with one clear outcome:
👉 Help you find and actively move at least ONE real deal in January.
This would not be about motivation or “getting pumped up.”It would be about:
- Clear, daily actions (30 minutes or less)
- Outreach, conversations, and deal-finding reps
- Applying what’s already in this community to real situations
This is for members who want to:
- Stop overthinking and start executing
- Build confidence through action
- Use transactional funding as a practical tool, not just an idea
Before I lock this in, I want to see who this would actually serve .. and what the winner wins!
