Introductory Post

Hi Everyone- My name is Jeanine, and I'm very excited to be here and to meet and make connections in the group.

My husband and I are empty nesters, and we just moved to Eastern TN. We are living off- grid and starting a homestead. Can't wait to get our garden, orchard, and food forest planted.

I've been doing tons of learning about real estate over the years. Done a few deals along the way. My business partner and I had 5 mid-term rental units. Excited to jump in and get started with transactional lending.

One thing I'm excited about improving on is networking and meeting new people.

My favorite non-work hobby is working outside in the garden and building our homestead.

I am most certainly a night owl 🌙. I bartended for years, so getting up early is something I struggle with.
