How do I find answers quickly?

Late this morning I had a conversation with a lead about a big double close (which doesn't have rates posted), and he wanted to know the rate. I told him I'd check and get back to him later this afternoon. But I haven't been able to get an answer, and the East Coast is about to close.

I posted here, sent a message to Paul, then eventually looked at the website and called the number thinking I was an idiot for not just doing that. But there was no answer. And then I emailed support.

As you can imagine, I'm a bit frustrated, since now I look careless and untrustworthy when it's a big possible deal. What is the best way to get an answer fast—or at least within a couple of hours—when I need it?
