In my mind I was trying to keep my legs straight just before the turnover, as I pull them back. More practice on the bfly, chest to rings, etc? Not sure how to make my legs do something different 🀣

Im trying to work on my butterfly pull ups. Some days they are great and then most days they are trash! This day they went ok but its really hit and miss. Any tips?
