Hey there everyone! I am just getting this party started, and I want to keep the party going! It's the end of the year and I know that family things, holidays and LIFE can get in the way of your training but you still need to make time for YOU! Please post here! I've never loved Facebook, and Fitr's video uploads and alert (to messages) system hasn't been the greatest. I don't want to miss a message from you guys, so PLEASE POST HERE! I know, it's yet ANOTHER app, but Skool has heaps of other great groups and I think it will be a very refreshing change from the social media apps that you're likely already using. At least here you have experts running groups about things you care about and you won't be bombarded with ads! Thank you so much for being a member of whichever of my programs you are doing! 💪
