TTB rhythm
Maybe this is normal but my TTB rhythm goes away when I am tired, but I wonder if some of it is form…? Once its gone its hard to get back.

I haven’t thought about straight legs at all, so thanks! I wondered why some people look so effortless at this. I do have tight hamstrings so this video could be perfect for me. I’ll give it a go!

I didn’t get a video but I had 5 rounds of 10 TTB unbroken today 🙌
RMU Transition…?
People are telling me I need to have a quicker, more aggressive transition but I’m not sure… I think I need more hip timing or something….?

@Travis Ewart i see. Thank you!! Ive done both of those drills but not with this in mind. I see what you’re saying and will try it again soon. I was a bit surprised to get to that spot, which is a good thing. Thank you!
Back to MU’s!
After an injury break, im really glad to be back. Im knocking the dust off, but happy to be feeling good doing gymnastics! I had several BMU misses today, and I seem to do better when I have a more snappy air chair, but I would like to be more consistent and less chicken wing. Thanks!

RMU - legs
In my mind I was trying to keep my legs straight just before the turnover, as I pull them back. More practice on the bfly, chest to rings, etc? Not sure how to make my legs do something different 🤣

@Travis Ewart ahh ok. I think the more I learn about gymnastics the more I learn about the kip!
Training the Butterfly Chest-To-Bar Pull-Up
I just posted this video to @Chase Chastain's post (as BFly C2B is what he's currently working on) and thought it might be a good video share for the group. Would you guys watch the video and tell me your thoughts? What questions come to mind when you watch this? I know the topic of the video is about the positioning of the movement and not the power production/mechanics, but is there anything about this video you would like to discuss in detail? https://youtu.be/xZhfdRPiRwo

I like the video, and the concept. The hardest part of getting butterfly (to me), is keeping the feet in front for long enough. You kind of have a pause here, when you do no-touch CTB? Maybe?
