Hi I'm Stacey, 45, unemployed/student /retraining. I worked in a fast pace IT sales role before lockdown where I realised I was using external things to emotionally regulate. Iv made huge changes, starting to learn tolove myself and seeing food as the enemy or friend doesn't fit my life any more. I want more energy, I want to dump the excuses, drop the brain fog, insomnia and the caffeine reliance. Love the idea of a community working on the same thing.

Hello, I am Kirstin. I live in Scotland, work in technology (lots of time at a desk) and I am joining you all as I restart my fitness and prioritise my wellness journey after an injury setback in February derailed my routine. I am starting with the clean 10 reset to kick out the caffeine and sugar habits. I am vegan and alcohol free, I would like to make sure I am fuelling well and make good nutrition and lifestyle choices going forward for a healthy future. I am really looking forward to seeing what we can all achieve together through a supportive community, let's go! We will smash this together 😎
Intro
I spend so much time helping and coaching others, I end up neglecting myself and letting myself go. I scaled in at 249.4 lbs this afternoon. I told myself that 250 was my limit, and I let myself hit it. My goal is 200. I currently live about 30 miles outside of Chicago in Indiana, USA.
