How to make healing fun (Full Guide)
Quick loom vid on this! You do know that your self improvement / healing journey does not have to be a chore? Some people think it should be a chore something they have to do instead of getting to, that could not be further than the case. In this simple short full guide I will tell you exactly the process of making it fun. Part 1: Mindset Of you want to have fun on your healing / improvement journey, you need a good positive mindset on your side. Practically what this means is do not have a 0 to 1 mindset, some people think of they miss one habit or mess up once in the day in anyway they have failed, that is not good instead have a 0 to 100 mindset, and understand perfectionism is not possible and do not have this awful all or nothing mindset. This also means changing your self talk to an extent instead of saying “I have to heal trauma, I have to go gym.” Instead be like. “I get to go to to the gym, I get to heal.” That is much healthier and something we all should do. And the last part of the simple mindset training is to accept bad moments and bad things happening the best way to go about this is to just expect that life will not be perfect and not be a toxic positivist, of course positivity is good for the most part but sometimes just accept that some moments are bad and hard and do not try to sugar coat it. Part 2: Customisation Of you are not having fun on your healing or self improvement journey then you have a problem. You have not customised it the right way. Do experimentation try many business models, workout styles, mindsets, healing methods, then sooner or later you will find the one that you love and that is the how you should do it! Do what feels effortless and fun. And even for ways to heal, of you prefer healing trauma out in nature do it that way, of you prefer it in the comfort of your home do it that way, remember of it is not fun something is wrong. What is self sabotage? (Short Guide)
Loom video on this. Do you know what self sabotage is? Basically it is were you do behaviour's to unintentionally “self destruct” yourself. By coping with bad habits like procrastination, junk food and etc. And a lot of people fall into self sabotage ruts unfortunately. And now that you know what it is I will also tell you about what prevents it and how to get out of a self sabotage rut. What is self sabotage caused by? The most common reason is this: 1. Dysregulated nervous system. And there are many causes of a dysregulated nervous system such as chronic stress, overworking and etc. But by far the biggest reason is unhealed trauma, this is how individuals get messed up nervous systems Here is a simple TLDR to healing: To heal your trauma, first of all bring up the past unprocessed emotion then act on what your brain tells you even of it says cry or whatever, do it but maybe make sure you are alone for this, and sometimes people do not know what to do in that case do a generic method like shaking, breath work, cold exposure or whatever and that will work. And I also mentioned in this guide I would include how to pull yourself out of a rut of you are in one, and here is my rut protocol: You escape a rut by doing ONE small win, then you have the option to say in a rut or get back to normal, cause of the win you will undeniably want to get back to normal Not by forcing your best self. Small wins rebuild momentum. Momentum rebuilds your life.

Loom video on this. This is a message to you and me in a way. Stop overthinking small mistakes. Of you go to bed past your bed time one night and you accept it is not ideal, that is okay. That is fine. Of you miss a crucial habit such as healing your trauma and as long as you can be honest with yourself that it is not your best behavior and you will do better next time. That is fine. The reason why your mind / monkey mind always sweats the small stuff is cause that is how it was wired, cause back let’s say 1000 years it was productive that our mind was always searching for the next problem. But now that is not so useful… And it leads to us thinking things that are really no problems at all our the end of the world, that is why it is crucial to know this, cause it help you understand your “monkey mind” more. Also a recommended read of you are interested in looking more into the monkey mind, is the book “The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F***” this is an excellent book.
