Are you tired?
Hours turn into days. Days quietly slip into weeks. And before we know it… years have passed. Somewhere along the way, you got tired. Not the “I-need-a-nap” kind of tired—but the soul-deep, “I can’t keep doing this the same way” tired. And honestly? Same. 😅 It’s Monday again. Another chance to start… stop… restart… and promise this time will be different. But what if today, instead of another cycle of white-knuckling it, we opened a different door? The door called surrender. What if we invited God to take the lead instead of asking Him to bless our plans after we’ve exhausted ourselves? He already promised to guide us. He promised to instruct us. He promised to keep His eye on us—not in judgment, but in love. So on this Mindset Monday, let’s shift the goal: Not “do better,” but do it with God. If you’ve tried. If you’ve started and stopped. If you’re weary from the familiar cycle—especially around your health and weight— the losing, the gaining, the frustration that seems to stick longer than the results… Friend, this is your invitation. Bring it to Him. No number on the scale is too small for God. No habit is too human. No struggle is too “basic” or “embarrassing” for His hands. He’s not asking for perfection. He’s asking for partnership. So, What part of your eating, health, or wellness journey are you surrendering to God today?💜💕👇🏽

Faith in the substance of things hoped for, things not seen! The journey of faith is one Mary took when the Angel announced the birth of Jesus. A lot of odds against her but she graciously accepted the call even at the face of rejection and shame. What is it that God is calling you that is showing signs of great risk and causing some stress, faith is the road to impossible!!!
