An ‘Easy’ explanation of ADHD
I was having a chat with a friend yesterday and my ADHD community came up.
He just didn’t get it at all, he’s known me all my life and know I’ve had ADHD and sees me as successful & happy etc.
So why would a group like this need to exist?
As I started to breakdown ADHD to him I could see him trying to follow and eventually getting lost. So I created this ‘very easy, ADHD friendly visual for him’….
