AuDHD+
When you have multiple neurodivergent presentations in the same person Autism: rules exist for everyone's safety and must be followed High IQ: then I will learn every rule intimately to show you i care. ADHD: once you've done that... I will test the limits and break the system AuDHD+ then we can build a system together that works for everyone Did you know that neurodivergent persons properly resourced are the most engaging, interesting, poetic, artistic, people... We have evolved here because the system requires advanced intelligence to guide our development with respect to our biology first.... not the system thatbwas built to make a few rich and exclude everyone else. All brains matter. All life matters. Our systems can adapt if the people will.

@Bill Widmer awesome video! @Amber Kay I can relate... I make decisions that are brilliant and big and full of life... I listen to well meaning loved ones... but its key 🔑 to follow what you're heart is telling you always. Burnout is so real. I felt you when you described laying on the kitchen floor on your side. I have been dealing with a burnout too. Even recovery from it is difficult when you have to keep things in motion. Something that helps me, truly helps others connect to me... is asking for help with one small really easy thing. Frame it as a question... with my kids... it was... hey guys! Things have been pretty intense for me lately. I was wondering if you might be able to help me out with something? Sometimes... I need to lay on the ground to reset... could you keep an eye on the floor clutter for me this week? Sometimes I forget to notice it's there. I might trip over it. Would you be willing to help in this way? They get to say no. But usually they will offer something better i never thought of. Kids are geniuses at imaginative solutions. At work I ask for help like, hey can you look at this problem with me? I need help to close this loop... have you encountered this before? I focus on questions specifically because I dont always remember to ask questions. I wish and invite to speak but without a question that directs its harder for them to engage. The point of asking for help... It signals your biology that you are ready to receive the blessings waiting to land in your life. Balance of the internal pressure is alleviated by programming this... I'm allowed to need things. Im allowed to want things. Asking for help strengthens connections in others and... in our brains
Quantum Directive Loop
🌌 THE QUANTUM DIRECTIVE LOOP Why your “overthinking” is actually a high‑resolution superpower If you’re neurospicy, you probably have a mind that can observe itself while it’s thinking. That’s not a flaw. That’s a quantum‑level feature. But here’s the catch: The same ability that gives you insane clarity can also trap you in rumination — not because you’re broken, but because the system is collapsing the wave too early. Let me explain it in our language. --- 🔹 1. Intention = the directive When you set an intention (yes, prayer counts), you’re not manifesting in a woo‑woo way. You’re giving your subconscious a neuro-directive: “Prioritize this. Surface everything relevant.” That’s the moment the wave forms. --- 🔹 2. Superposition = the swirl before clarity [Meditation is the access key 🔑 we practice super position in practice this way... eventually we train our body to see/ feel everything safely] Your subconscious starts gathering: - memories - sensations - emotional cues - pattern matches - timelines - relational data This is NOT the moment to judge yourself. This is the moment to observe, not interpret. When you try to interpret too early, you get rumination. When you stay in sensation, you get alignment. (Let it come, and let it go... like a breeze passing through an open window) --- 🔹 3. Collapse = the click Clarity arrives when the system has enough data and your nervous system feels safe. That’s the “oh — now I get it” moment. If you collapse the wave early, you get: - spiraling - self‑doubt - confusion If you collapse at the right time, you get: - truth - direction - coherence --- 🔹 4. Integration = closing the loop Rumination isn’t overthinking. Rumination is an unclosed directive loop. The loop closes when: - the insight is felt - the body agrees - the mind stops scanning That’s when the system finally rests. --- 🌟 The takeaway Your self-awareness isn’t the problem. Your desire to predict and analyze rather than allow truth to surface organically is.
💚 Your nervous system leads your execution. 💚
I was reminded of this very personally a couple of days ago. I had a stressful call with my sister - and even though the call itself ended, my body didn’t move on as quickly. I was so dysregulated afterward that I ended up essentially bed-ridden for a couple of days. Not lazy. Not unmotivated. Just… offline.. And that’s the thing we often miss, especially as entrepreneurs. When our nervous system takes a hit, productivity doesn’t just dip a little. Sometimes it stops entirely. In relationships, dysregulation can show up as triggers, shutdown, or emotional overwhelm. In business, it can look like procrastination, brain fog, avoidance, or not being able to access the part of us that knows what to do. No amount of pushing helps in those moments. What actually helps is tending to the nervous system first, letting the body settle so execution can come back online. This is why I keep saying: 💚 regulation isn’t separate from productivity 💚 emotional safety isn’t separate from follow-through 💚 and “doing nothing” for a bit can sometimes be the most strategic move So if you’re struggling to execute right now, it might not be a discipline problem. It might just be your nervous system asking for care. Curious - have you noticed moments where an emotional hit affected your ability to show up or work afterward? 💚

Such a great truth! Something i notice for me too... today is a perfect example. I had a late start... went to medical appointment ... got overstimulated from sunshine and traffic, tried to work... ate and hydrated but could not focus. The more I pushed the more my body fought back. Migraine. Full stop. Nothing else can get done today. Frustrated. But rested anyway. What i want to ask you @Reema Rana is this... do you think the end of the call, might not have allowed you to complete the cycle your body or mind needed to complete to move forward? Maybe its a me thing... but what i notice is that i'm sometimes filtering my feelings with intellect and it has a higher energy cost and keeps the body stuck because im retriggering the thought that needs to complete. Amygdala fires for 10 seconds... feelings take 90 seconds to complete... But I'm tracking a nuance I've not fully named. When I'm just wiped out from a conversation or conflict... which happens often... When that happens... I have to add input or data... even going outside and watching animals bugs birds trees anything... any of it will allow some new input.... even if it seems unconnected... It still helps me complete the loop that feels unfinished @Alison St. Romain I would also love to know your thoughts on this!

Which Title Catches Your Eye?
I am in the process of publishing a book but, In creating this book I have a challenge of creating a clear and aligned title for it... I have narrowed it down a bit but would love your input. Which title carched your attention most? and does it feel clear on purpose? Or do you have a completely different line of feedback? Ok, listened to advice so far and refined: How do we feel about "True Capacity: Stop Forcing. Start Regulating. Get Shit Done."

The ADHD Reset
When I was fIrst diagnosed with Adhd, I was heavy into burnout and saw no way forward but I knew one thing: I was desperate for relief and didn't know what to do. So I turned to one more psychiatrist. An emergency care providor at that, and FINALLY SOMEONE SAW WHAT NO ONE ELSE HAD YET! And I finally had an answer of where to dig deep. At 32, I learned I am Autusitic with Combined Type Adhd. I spents hours a day for weeks taking in everything I could. I was familiar with inatentive ADHD in children thanks to my daughter but I had no idea how many different ways there were that ADHD could show up in different people or that there was even a third type...the combined type. I didnt know that Hyperactive ADHD shows up differently in women than it does in men or that most women have the inattentive type and that women with any type struggle for years with improper diagnoses. Cue me giving the middle finger to every mis-informed psych that told me I was bipolar, unreliable, neurotic, had borderline personality disorder, OCD, GAD, SAD, or MDD. The end result of all this research? A huge influx of self worth for 1, but also a field guide for anyone else who may be navigating similar terrain. A field guide to help the ADHD person of any type to process through burnout and start working WITH their brain rather than against it. And now, that field guide is yours.
