Are you operating solo in Real Estate… or with a team?
I’ve noticed something interesting with Real Estate operators.
Some are fully solo pulling lists, sending offers, negotiating, closing.
Others have cold callers or acquisition managers helping out.
But regardless of setup, the bottlenecks are usually the same:
follow-ups, comps, offer volume, consistency.
The real difference isn’t team size.
It’s how tight the system is.
