I’ve noticed something interesting with Real Estate operators. Some are fully solo pulling lists, sending offers, negotiating, closing. Others have cold callers or acquisition managers helping out. But regardless of setup, the bottlenecks are usually the same: follow-ups, comps, offer volume, consistency. The real difference isn’t team size. It’s how tight the system is. If you’re solo, what’s the one repetitive task eating most of your time? If you have a team ,what still feels manual or inefficient? Curious how everyone here is structured.

Hi everyone, AJ here. I have learned that direct cold calling is not as effective as it once was. I am a Florida based real estate investor and licensed agent focused on off market opportunities and creative financing, including seller financing, subject to, lease options, novations, and short sales. My approach is solution driven. Not every deal needs to be cash and not every seller belongs on the MLS. I spend my time structuring win win outcomes, solving complicated situations, and moving properties that others pass on. Looking forward to connecting and adding value to the group.🤑
