1. , Level 5, just leveled up from Level 4. Let Muse map her own buyer zip codes this week and built a list of 88 properties off it, then used the same tool to write her own offer letters and texts. Also walked Levernare Thomas through a skip trace problem step by step.
2. , Level 3. Asked the room a real question about a seller who named a price, then answered her own thread with her process, running her own comps first and working backward to a number before she calls back. Also got about 46 letters out to code violation owners this week.
3. , Level 5, just leveled up from Level 4. Still out working her territory in person this week, checking on properties, her own rental, and her realtors, and back in that same area again a few days later lining up buyers for what she's got moving.
4. , Level 3. Ran a real public hunt for a vacant commercial property all week, tracing it to the company that owns it through county records and emailing them directly, then telling the room honestly when he was still waiting to hear back.
5. , Level 2. Brand new, introduced himself and in the same week reported a property he's got moving toward contract, and said he will keep checking back with the seller instead of letting it go cold.
6. , Level 3. Worked tax lien auctions in Indiana this week and came back and told the room exactly how it went, half the properties got pulled or redeemed before the bidding even started.
7. , Level 4. Shared how she's using AI tools to get her own property research done faster, then followed up with the actual questions she asks to match a property's condition to the numbers.
8. , Level 3. Welcomed a new member by name this week and kept making his own calls to sellers and their agents, while starting to branch into land and commercial too.
9. , Level 2. Brand new out of Atlanta, and named his real sticking point instead of hiding it, finding a list to call from in the first place.
