"Time Management" TUESDAY!! Hello everyone, I'm sharing some motivation. If we can manage our time. What gets done in 2hours will still have the same results in 8hours. What is the Key word in this? Somebody, Anybody comments. Have a Productive Tuesday

@Bernita Smith Hi Bernita, 👋 Good lookin' on the theme of "Motivation"👍. I'm thinkin' the key word is "Manage[ment]".
Member of the Week: Mark Pantak
This week's Member of the Week is @Mark Pantak. He spent this week grinding tax lien auctions in Indiana. Up at 5am Central on Monday, he picked up an investor flying in from California at the Chicago airport, then drove clear across the state and got through 24 properties that same day, home after midnight. The next day he got through 21 more properties in another county, with the first auction the following morning. That is what real work looks like, early mornings, long drives, and still showing up for the next property the next day. Put in work like that and tell the room about it. That is how you earn this next.

@Ty Flip Man Doin' more phone calls and interfacing with sellers' agents, and meandering into the land and commercial side of things too - if for no other reason, the complexion of it.

@Ty Flip Man I haven't made any Commercial or Land calls as yet ... Watching the videos to get better grounded before I call and embarrass myself; so I'm still drilling on SFR calls for now.
🏆 Top 10 This Week
This week's top contributors in Flippinars, ranked by points earned. 1. @Audrey Pray, Level 5, just leveled up from Level 4. Let Muse map her own buyer zip codes this week and built a list of 88 properties off it, then used the same tool to write her own offer letters and texts. Also walked Levernare Thomas through a skip trace problem step by step. 2. @Ashley Pinson, Level 3. Asked the room a real question about a seller who named a price, then answered her own thread with her process, running her own comps first and working backward to a number before she calls back. Also got about 46 letters out to code violation owners this week. 3. @Dana Emakoji, Level 5, just leveled up from Level 4. Still out working her territory in person this week, checking on properties, her own rental, and her realtors, and back in that same area again a few days later lining up buyers for what she's got moving. 4. @Levernare Thomas, Level 3. Ran a real public hunt for a vacant commercial property all week, tracing it to the company that owns it through county records and emailing them directly, then telling the room honestly when he was still waiting to hear back. 5. @Leroy Joe, Level 2. Brand new, introduced himself and in the same week reported a property he's got moving toward contract, and said he will keep checking back with the seller instead of letting it go cold. 6. @Mark Pantak, Level 3. Worked tax lien auctions in Indiana this week and came back and told the room exactly how it went, half the properties got pulled or redeemed before the bidding even started. 7. @Bernita Smith, Level 4. Shared how she's using AI tools to get her own property research done faster, then followed up with the actual questions she asks to match a property's condition to the numbers.

Hi Ty, Indeed. There are a couple things I wanna get under my belt this week, so I've been rewatching the [Dealulator] Calculator and the ARV videos to better utilize them but I also need to get my Motivated Seller list and my Buyers list(s) set up. In the mean and in between time, I've been watching the "Screw Houses...Let's Split $150k wholesaling Self Storage", which I really want to concentrate on more. Using a Chromebook OS (laptop), I have Zompz downloaded but when I click on "Get Google Chrome Extension" it takes me to the chrome web store but shows a completely different landing page with two smaller side-by-side panes on the page. The heading of the pane on the left, reads: "Your Deal Desk on Zillow & Redfin, with the heading of the pane on the right, reading: "Analyze Land by Price Per Acre". (I get stuck there but I just leave that page as it is and have managed to get the Zompz-Zillow engine with the floating menu appearing on the side). But through the Google search bar, I found the Google Maps entry and clicked on it (as you do in the video) but when the map loads, the Zompz floating menu does not appear on the Google Maps page and I don't see how to otherwise access it. Can you help me with that Boss?

Oh, by the way, I refreshed Google Maps as you recommended more than once - but no dice.
Hi
Hi, I just want to introduce myself. I am Aleima and I am here to continue learning about wholesaling. I have learned a little about it, but need to increase. I am looking forward to doing some deals with what I learn here.

Welcome Aleima. 👋
🔥 Which land deal is better? ✅
Hey, check this out when you get a chance Watch it here and let me know what you think: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/H8ZE1iT92VM These two lots have the same acreage but I wouldn’t pay the same price for both. I break down how road frontage and a long driveway can change the value of a flag lot.

@Ty Flip Man Hello Chief, I got my son's Chromebook and have lost a little time getting it set up and outfitted with the programs (Skool, Zillow-Zompz, Propstream, etc.). I'm still in the saddle of course. I'm just reorienting a bit.
