Hello my name is Nicole and I’m new to this, I want to do land deals, it’s simpler vs houses. The reason I want a better future for my family especially my children. Im originally from the Bay Area but currently live in Bakersfield, Ca. What holding me back is the finances, so finding a land deal in Texas is easier for me vs my home state California.

This week's Member of the Week is @Mark Pantak. He spent this week grinding tax lien auctions in Indiana. Up at 5am Central on Monday, he picked up an investor flying in from California at the Chicago airport, then drove clear across the state and got through 24 properties that same day, home after midnight. The next day he got through 21 more properties in another county, with the first auction the following morning. That is what real work looks like, early mornings, long drives, and still showing up for the next property the next day. Put in work like that and tell the room about it.
