@Steve Hennigan is #1 on this week's leaderboard, and the work behind it backs it up. He is working houses in Louisiana, got five offers out this week on the way to ten, and when a seller came back low or said flat out they do not work with wholesalers, he kept calling instead of stopping. He is also the one who started this week's win of the week thread, which pulled other members out to share their own progress instead of staying quiet. Everybody else, that is the standard.
