land records monitoring platform
assuming the focus is seller financed notes, does anyone know of a service that can monitor land records and notify you when changes are made (e.g., libor & folio entry added for newly recorded deed of trust/mortgage)?
i know sources for seller financed notes lists. But lists are only as good as the data. And getting this info directly from the counties, which are the authoritative sources, would be most ideal.
