Entry Level Matchmaker
Hey guys I'm just starting out as an entry level introduction (2%) matchmaker.
I'm leveraging an escrow/title attorney that I've sourced high cap rate assets to in the past.
He regularly sees newly created notes, seller-finance deals, carryback seconds, wrap notes, and sub-creative transactions.
I'm thinking of utilizing a seller intake form that can be filled in < 2 minutes when a client asks.
  • “What can I do with this note?”
  • “Can someone buy my 1st or 2nd?”
  • “Can I monetize this position?”
  • “Do you know anyone who buys unusual paper?”
This is a rough draft of a Seller Intake Form
