Ummmm no.⁣ ⁣ Let me explain…⁣ ⁣ Yes, exercise is important. But it’s not about doing MORE of it, it’s about doing it smart. ⁣ ⁣ Let’s have fun with this: ⁣ ⁣ Let’s say you’re over the age of 40 and a women. You’ve perhaps been told by someone you know or heard, that you just need to “exercise more and gradually eat less”⁣ ⁣ For example, you go from weight training 3-4 days a week, 30 min sessions…⁣ ⁣ to weight training and cardio 6–7 days a week, 1 hr sessions… and cutting calories.⁣ ⁣ Now what?⁣ ⁣ The body is stressed out of its face⁣ ⁣ Overexercising⁣ ⁣ Sleep is disrupted (hungry in the middle of the night)⁣ ⁣ The body is undernourished⁣ ⁣ Your system is out of rhythm⁣ ⁣ You’re doing everything, but your body isn’t responding⁣ ⁣ And actually getting worse⁣ ⁣ That’s because...⁣ ⁣ It’s not just ‘let’s go exercise’ you HAVE to follow that sustainable custom structure. You’ve got to know what to eat, when to eat, how to eat. And that’s not even bringing up life events. ⁣ ⁣ Parties, get togethers, events, trips, vacation…⁣ ⁣ What about when that happens…⁣ ⁣ More isn’t better. Results driven structure is.⁣ ⁣ It’s goes deeper than the surface. ⁣ ⁣ We need to look at it at a cellular level.⁣ ⁣ Michale ❤️

The “rocking horse” pattern or chasing your tail?
The “rocking horse” pattern shows up in everyday life — outside of just health. Can You relate or know someone that's doing this? . Health & Fitness - Joining the gym every January… but never following a structured plan. - Constantly switching diets — keto this month, intermittent fasting next — without giving anything long enough to work. - Buying supplements or fitness gear but never changing the daily habits that truly move the needle. 2. Career & Business - Attending endless webinars, workshops, and trainings but never implementing the ideas. - Spending hours rearranging your to-do list instead of actually tackling the big, uncomfortable tasks. - Coffee chats instead of getting project done. 3. Relationships - Having the same argument over and over without addressing the real root of the problem. - Waiting for the “perfect time” to have an important conversation — but the moment never comes. - Being “busy together” with TV and errands but never creating meaningful, intentional time. 4. Personal Growth - Buying self-help books but leaving them half-read. - Journaling occasionally, but never digging deep enough to shift your mindset. - Talking about change more than taking daily action toward it. The common thread? You feel busy. You feel like you’re “doing something...... But just like the rocking horse — you’re in the exact same spot you were yesterday. How I Went from Knowing Nothing About Health to Coaching 10,000+ People⁣
During high school I was bored out of face…⁣ ⁣ What I was learning was boring.⁣ ⁣ I mostly played sports and used late slips to my advantage lol.⁣ ⁣ Until I found something I was very passionate to learn about.⁣ ⁣ 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 ⁣ It was something I wanted to FULLY understand all aspects.⁣ ⁣ Side note: I remember my principle shaking my hand saying ‘I didn't think you were going to make it Michale⁣ ⁣ Anyways, back to studying health.⁣ ⁣ I went ALL IN⁣ ⁣ It was time for me to get serious degrees.⁣ ⁣ I worked my ass off for them. I would walk and read a book.⁣ ⁣ That’s how dedicated I was. I would carry my textbooks with me wherever I was.⁣ ⁣ Those of you who knew me in Kelowna, know I would even read them mid-lineup at coffee shops.⁣ ⁣ Whatever opportunity I had to read I did.⁣ ⁣ It took me 5 years to get one of my biggest degrees..⁣ ⁣ 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐜 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫) ⁣ After that, I was on my way to get my Masters when I was pregnant with my first son, I asked Debbie my instructor “Do you think I could do both?” and she said no focus on that and then get the Masters.⁣ ⁣ Later on, Instead of the masters I went to my intercellular Detox because I knew that toxic chemicals were draining our vital force and energy, by actually inhibiting our healing response (blocking it) so I knew that was my next area of study.⁣ ⁣ And I was right, the impact brings vitality back into clients that have been intoxicated, especially women in the beauty industry, farming (agricultural), automotive.⁣ ⁣ I remember for my Intercellular Detox, I got 99% on my final exam. I remember arguing for the last % to get 100% because I knew I was right. Eventually, they knew I was right so I guess you could say I won.⁣ ⁣ I fought HARD for it.⁣ ⁣ And what I learned, I applied to myself and that's how I healed MYSELF first.⁣ ⁣ I realized that most people aren’t taught this so I knew my future was to share this info: that our bodies have the ability to heal with the right information. Finding out what it needs so it can heal.⁣

Serious question: What If a fit person and an unfit person switched brains…
Do you think the unfit person would suddenly get fit?⁣ ⁣ Yes. Absolutely.⁣ ⁣ Wait, but changed?⁣ ⁣ Their !MINDSET!⁣ ⁣ Because your body is a reflection of who you are on the inside-your habits, your mindset, and your internal systems.⁣ ⁣ And here’s the truth most women over 40 miss:⁣ ⁣ 👉 Motivation is NOT what makes the difference.⁣ ⁣ In my experience, motivation naturally comes and goes. It’s fleeting. You can’t rely on it for long-term results. Every successful woman I’ve helped created a system and environment where she didn’t have to rely on motivation. That’s how weight loss becomes the path of least resistance. ⁣ The good news? Sustainable weight loss actually has to be EASY.⁣ ⁣ And the first key is this: Getting clear on your why! ⁣ ⁣ Again, what changed when the two people switched brains? ⁣ ⁣ They try a temporary quick fix just to gain all the weight back again. No. It was just their mindset that made all the difference ⁣🧠 ⁣ My action step for you RIGHT NOW…⁣ ⁣ Ask yourself, ‘why do I want to get healthy and release this excess weight?’ ⁣ ⁣ When you’re clear on your ‘WHY’, and you start following a custom strategy made for your body, you start to see results (fast) and you never give up or lose motivation. ⁣ ⁣ PS My ‘why’ for right now is to be FitnHealthy when my grandkids are around to show them what’s possible.
