Everyone in the fitness/gym space always want you to set goals.
Here is some tips for you:
1: Be Reasonable with yourself, don't overdo your goals. Small and steady wins the race.
2: Think about why you want a specific goal, each time you workout/train it is for that goal nothing else.
3: Ignore other peoples opinions of your goal. it isn't their goal, they don't know your struggles like you do.
4: Each time you achieve/do something that helps you reach a goal, take a moment to appreciate it.
Go smash some goals :D
