Post #5 - Working around your ability
Whenever you watch / read any of the courses or advice I provide, please work it around your ability, I am trying to ensure that the courses are beginner friendly however if you are unable to do certain exercises then please let me know and I will try and provide advice/guidance on how to do it to suit your ability. :)

This page isn't designed to try push everyone to instantly become a fitter person, however it is here to help push you along your wellbeing/fitness path. I am trying to build a community of people who will help motivate and push each other to reach smaller more achievable goals. More courses are to come shortly, including videos on the existing ones. Keep your eyes peeled :)

Hi Everyone, thank you for somehow finding your way onto my community - I appreciate it massively. going forward I am going to be going through fitness for any beginners or anyone who dislikes public gyms. My background is in Kickboxing and Muay Thai and I have lots of experience working with people with little to no fitness experience. I hope this community helps you feel a little bit better about yourself :D

@Esai Salinas When I was a little bit younger I was a chubby kid. About 10 years ago, one of my friends convinced me to get into some form of martial arts as a hobby with him. We got into kickboxing and both got to Blue belt together but he had to quit and I stayed on. A couple of years ago I decided I wanted to try another style and took up Muay Thai and have recently been enjoying that ☺️
Post #2 - Courses
Hi Everyone, Today I will be making and posting courses for some home work-out / progression in fitness. Please check them out as they might be useful for anyone struggling.

Everyone in the fitness/gym space always want you to set goals. Here is some tips for you: 1: Be Reasonable with yourself, don't overdo your goals. Small and steady wins the race. 2: Think about why you want a specific goal, each time you workout/train it is for that goal nothing else. 3: Ignore other peoples opinions of your goal. it isn't their goal, they don't know your struggles like you do. 4: Each time you achieve/do something that helps you reach a goal, take a moment to appreciate it. Go smash some goals :D
