Ingredients - 6 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded - 200g potato - 2 tbsp sugar-free BBQ sauce - 85g nonfat Greek yogurt - 28g reduced-fat cheddar cheese - 2 tbsp green onion - Salt, pepper, garlic powder Recipe 1. Microwave or air fry the potato until soft and crisp outside. 2. Heat chicken with BBQ sauce. 3. Split potato into a bowl and top with BBQ chicken. 4.
