BBQ Chicken Loaded Potato Bowl
Ingredients
6 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded
200g potato
2 tbsp sugar-free BBQ sauce
85g nonfat Greek yogurt
28g reduced-fat cheddar cheese
2 tbsp green onion
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Recipe
Microwave or air fry the potato until soft and crisp outside.
Heat chicken with BBQ sauce.
Split potato into a bowl and top with BBQ chicken.
Add Greek yogurt, cheese, and green onion on top.
