BBQ Chicken Loaded Potato Bowl
Ingredients
  • 6 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 200g potato
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 85g nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 28g reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp green onion
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Recipe
  1. Microwave or air fry the potato until soft and crisp outside.
  2. Heat chicken with BBQ sauce.
  3. Split potato into a bowl and top with BBQ chicken.
  4. Add Greek yogurt, cheese, and green onion on top.
