Day 2: How does your body feel when you skip meals? My body will adapt when I skip a meal. It's usually in the evening when I have meetings or I go to the fitness center. I get home late, and it's just too late to eat. It's the next day I feel famished and then I tend to over eat. busyness of life causes havoc on my body that eventually I feel run down.
